Since 2016, I’ve tried everything—strict diets, intense workouts, and all the quick fixes you can imagine. Each time, I’d burn out, lose momentum, and feel like I was back to square one with zero results. It was incredibly hard and frustrating.

But I wasn’t going to give up because, deep down inside, I knew I wasn’t any different from those who are successful—I just needed to figure it out. I saw this as an opportunity. I created Staying Uncomfortable to learn from some of the most accomplished entrepreneurs. Through that journey, I discovered that achieving success and reaching your goals comes down to mindset, consistency, and values.

That realization completely transformed my life. I shifted from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset, started experimenting with nutrition and training, and discovered the incredible benefits of cold plunges and sauna therapy along the process and it’s made a big impact on my mind, body, and life. Now my mission is to bring this to everyone worldwide.

Change is hard, I know first hand, but it’s worth it. Start small, build habits that last, stay consistent, and trust the process.
